A beautiful location, with a comfortable room and great shower. The breakfast buffet was a good array of foods and included gluten free items. The staff were kind and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and happy. I would stay here again.

The hotel has numerous separate buildings in Radda. We had a suite which also included Spa faculties access which was very nice. Although, I would not rate the gym in the hotel very high. We had a a great room with a wonderful view. The buffet breakfasts were very good with a large selection.

Radda is a very quaint village just what you expect from Tuscany. The hotel has friendly staff and rustic rooms. Breakfast is good and the terrace has lovely views over the countryside. There is no bar but you can order small bottles with a wine card.

The room was okay, and not worth €200 per night. Quite confusing with the room tiers as it’s hard to understand the difference between a Superior room and a Deluxe room. After choosing the Superior room, we asked for a fan during the reservation but it wasn’t available when we checked in. Also, hot water kettle was missing in the room and when asked, we were told that this was only available with the Deluxe room. They have a half-board package for €35 per person per night which you can use in their one of their three restaurants. But we were absolutely furious to know that only one restaurant was open at that time and decided to opt out of this. The onsite spa did not have a therapist available when we stayed there which was disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful and I know they have better rooms as friends of ours received a fully air conditioned room for same rate. Our AC pumped out warm air. There was no window in the room. Only a sky light. Asked staff to look at issue and they never did. Would not recommend!

We love this place and we stay here often… they know how to do things right and they have high standards. The rooms are always impeccable. The staff is always polite, friendly, and courteous, and the breakfast buffet and service is outstanding. We stay here a couple of times a year, and will be going back in just a few weeks.
